"Aruba" was painted during my visit to Aruba with my husband. It is a country like no other, with the most vibrant shades of blue I have ever witnessed, more than fifty distinct hues. The island's beaches are uniquely varied, each offering a different experience. We hired a jeep for a few days and explored the island, taking in its diverse landscapes and striking beauty. This artwork captures the serene tranquillity of Aruba’s beaches, while also reflecting the profound depth of its waters. The piece aims to evoke both the calm and the mystery of the ocean, as I experienced it in this remarkable place.
